Ingredients:
1 head cabbage--half red cabbage, half green
(chopped or shredded)
2 bunches of green onions, (chopped)
2 packages Top Ramen (crushed and toasted)
1 Cup sliced almonds/sesame seeds (toasted)
Dressing: (add to above mixture right before serving)
½ Cup Oil
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
Optional: add chunks of chicken or jumbo shrimp
DIRECTIONS:
1. Toast the crushed noodles and almonds/sesame seeds in oven until golden brown.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, toasted ramen noodles and almonds/sesame seeds.
3. To prepare the dressing, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
